Join our friends of Scream Club to let go of what you need to let go of with a few good screams. They’ll lead us through a few guided breaths (and screams) — letting it all go into Lake Michigan. Afterwards we’ll have a picnic chit-chat of the good, bad, and ugly of self-care. Please bring a snack to share and a drink for yourself.

Stop Ghosting Yourself
Saturday, Oct. 10 | 10AM-12PM
Indepth Physical Therapy | Hinsdale
In this unique workshop, we’ll blend conversation with reflection and mindfulness to look at why it's so hard to notice what we need in the first place.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded and connected, with practical tools to carry that feeling into your everyday life - without adding another overwhelming self-care routine.
